Description

TASTING NOTES:

Light red color with purplish-purple reflections.
The first nose reveals crushed raspberries, on a bed of dried floral notes: lavender, rose.
Leaving the wine to develop in the glass for a few minutes, the wine is just beginning to reveal itself:
maturity of the grapes, figs toasted, and cinnamon stands out.

The palate is tender, crunchy, with a nice freshness, the tannins are really melted, and the wood is integrated.

The alcohol is present, rich, smooth, leaving a sensation of slight sweetness on the tip of the tongue.
The finish is astonishing, rich, long, and above all fresh.
We imagine Prokofiev’s wolf sneaking around with the song of the bird
releasing light or even fluent aromas with a final note of this imperial tangerine zest leaving us dreaming.
