TASTING NOTES:

This superb and generous Merlot demonstrates in this cuvée that it knows how to adapt perfectly to the intense and wild character of the garrigue.
The dress is very dark red, leaving beautiful tears on the edge of the glass.

The nose is superb, compact, with a palette of very ripe black fruits, spices and leather, delicately vanilla.
Frank, generous and juicy attack, with lots of volume on the palate.
Nice balance, enhanced by a certain liveliness, very promising.
This wine will be perfect with a leg of lamb with thyme as well as a hare stew.
